About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and build trust and loyalty while working toward sales goals.
