About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor. Colleagues start the day by preparing the sales floor, reviewing goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and getting ready to engage customers. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and selected merchandise returns to vendors, update signs and prices, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and provide a sincere farewell.
