Retail Sales Associate Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)
About The Position
Don Roberto Jewelers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, bilingual English/Spanish Full-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find quality merchandise. The role includes meeting monthly sales plans, developing product knowledge, helping customers select merchandise, processing transactions, and protecting consumer account information. The position is in person and may involve evening hours. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Pay scale is $18.50–$25.00, with compensation based on factors including applicable minimum-wage requirements, work experience, and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate product brand, quality, and style.
- Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on customer requests.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the store register and follow checkout standards.
- Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy and safety in accordance with company consumer privacy policies.
- Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
