The associate welcomes guests, learns about their needs and preferences, provides knowledgeable apparel recommendations, and helps develop a customer-focused sales team through coaching and training. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience with problem or complaint resolution.
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
