About The Position

DXL Group, a specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder. The role focuses on building long-term guest relationships through an exceptional customer experience and coaching team members to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment. The associate helps guests find apparel suited to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and supports the development of a customer-focused sales team. DXL promotes from within, operates free-standing stores that close at 7 p.m., and makes the entire team eligible for quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• A college or university degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Act as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Help build a superior customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
