About The Position

The Spice & Tea Exchange of Omaha is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to help customers discover teas, spices, seasonings, and blends. The role involves creating an inviting store experience through customer service, product recommendations, product preparation, inventory support, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities

Greet guests using the store’s signature welcome and follow-up lines.
Help customers select products by providing usage tips and personalized recommendations.
Build customer relationships to encourage return visits and word-of-mouth referrals.
Stock shelves, counters, and displays, and monitor inventory levels.
Notify management when items are low in stock.
Assist with accurately pricing and labeling merchandise.
Blend and package products as needed.
Retrieve requested merchandise and answer questions about products.
Maintain product knowledge by reading materials and attending training.
Follow operational standards and daily store procedures.
Help keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
