About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The work involves handling inventory, moving between departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; some roles require applicants to be 18 or older.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear and helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.

• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Adaptability and comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout a shift.
