About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, easy to shop, and welcoming. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and support their shopping experience across different areas of the store. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining displays, updating pricing or signage, and keeping the backroom organized. You work across departments and handle varied tasks in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and while following safety guidelines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
