About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and contribute to a welcoming environment across store areas. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The work involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The role requires customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, organization, time management, and adaptability. It also involves using equipment safely and being able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, or 18 depending on role requirements. Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age, or 18 years of age depending on role requirements.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves
