About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, organization, adaptability, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Team members must follow company policies and safety guidelines when using equipment and comply with sanitation and dress standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require a minimum age of 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and according to safety guidelines.
• Ability to follow company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Experience monitoring inventory and assisting with restocking or ordering.
