About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require employees to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Experience with accurate pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Experience monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
