About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience with stocking and merchandising, including placing and facing products and maintaining displays.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail with pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removal of outdated items.
• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
