About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and maintain organized backroom areas. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds. Work may take place in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Employees must follow company policies and safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require employees to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
