About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with finding products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. You also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and keep displays and the backroom organized. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles require a minimum age of 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to comply with company safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear, helpful communication when assisting customers and answering questions.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, including shelf placement, facing items, and maintaining displays.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removal of outdated items.

• Awareness of inventory levels and restocking needs.
