About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across store areas. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing and signage, and keeping displays and backroom areas organized. Team members handle inventory, work across departments, and maintain store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The role involves customer service, merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining safe and orderly work areas. It requires following company policies and safety guidelines, with schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical work includes extended periods of standing and walking, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in backroom and outdoor areas.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
