About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store.

You keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The work involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older; some roles require applicants to be 18 or older.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear and helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Inventory awareness and experience monitoring product levels.
