About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, support product selections, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The work involves handling inventory, moving between departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment. Duties and skills may vary by store, and the official job description will be provided during the application process.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in backroom and outdoor environments.
