About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, stocking and merchandising, attention to detail, organization, inventory awareness, and the ability to use equipment safely. Team members should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
