About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear and helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining displays.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills, including managing multiple tasks and keeping work areas organized.
• Inventory awareness and experience assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Comfort moving between tasks, departments, and priorities throughout a shift.
• Ability to use equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and handheld devices while following safety guidelines.
