About The Position

This role helps keep the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and easy to shop. Team members assist customers with locating products and answering questions while maintaining a welcoming environment across store areas. They stock shelves, rotate products, maintain displays, update pricing or signage, and keep the backroom organized. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and adapting to changing tasks and priorities in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to perform physical work. Team members may stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Equipment must be operated according to training and safety guidelines, and employees must follow company policies and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, including placing items on shelves, facing products, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Experience with inventory awareness and assisting with restocking or ordering processes.
