About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with finding products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, including placing and facing items and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time management skills, including managing multiple tasks and maintaining clean work areas.
• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Clear, helpful customer communication and adaptability across tasks, departments, and changing priorities.
