About The Position

Sales and store support associates help keep stores clean, organized, and shoppable so customers can find the food and other items they need. Associates may replenish shelves, arrange flowers, prepare produce, or receive freight, while interacting with customers and supporting their communities. Starting hourly pay is at least the local minimum wage and varies based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Listed starting pay ranges vary by associate role: Meat Associate, $16.76–$28.15; Seafood, Floral, Produce, Bakery, General Merchandise, Dairy, Frozen, Receiving/Freight, Grocery, and Scan Associates, generally $16.76–$25.15; Fresh Cut Associate, $16.53–$22.15. City of Seattle labor agreements start at $18.94 per hour.
