About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You also stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and keep the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service, stocking and merchandising, attention to detail, organization, inventory awareness, adaptability, and use of equipment according to safety guidelines. Employees must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and merchandise across departments.
• Attention to accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removal of outdated items.
