About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers with locating products and answering questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store.

You help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills, including managing multiple tasks while maintaining clean work areas.
• Inventory awareness and experience monitoring product levels or assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Clear, helpful customer communication and adaptability across tasks, departments, and priorities.
