About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and contribute to a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in an active, fast-paced environment.

The position requires customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and adaptability. Team members may use equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and handheld devices, following training and safety guidelines. The work involves standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas. A flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
