As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. Your friendly, approachable manner helps foster an environment that encourages customers to return, while you support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues begin each day prepared by checking that the sales floor is clean and organized, reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and greeting coworkers. During the day, they welcome customers and create friendly, personal interactions; recover the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and continually work to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
