About The Position

This full-time, on-site role is a customer-facing position on a dynamic, high-energy team. The operator provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products, stocks and organizes merchandise, and maintains clean store and work areas. The shift runs from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM, and weekends are required. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with eligibility for commission.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Stock shelves and displays, keeping merchandise properly organized and readily available.
• Keep the store, aisles, shelves, displays, and work areas clean and organized.
• Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms.
• Help customers find products and answer questions in a friendly and timely manner.
