Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?   Main purpose of the Retail Recruiter role: The Retail Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for store-based roles, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top retail talent. This role will partner closely with retail and corporate leadership to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that supports continued business growth. A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. At REVOLVE we all roll up our sleeves to pitch-in and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of retail recruiting experience, preferably within contemporary and luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and store leadership structures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions (Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Visual Merchandisers)
  • Partner with Retail leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals
  • Build strong pipelines through networking, competitor mapping, referrals, and industry outreach
  • Host hiring events and participate in job fairs when needed
  • Ensure clear, consistent communications with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Travel to retail store locations
