Retail Receiving Support Associate, Mission Viejo - Full Time
About The Position
As a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; and monitor alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as warmly greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. You contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. The position also involves supporting selling goals and creating welcoming customer experiences. Daily work may include reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions; receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise; greeting and assisting customers; fulfilling orders; recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms; updating signs and pricing; restocking and moving merchandise; and organizing the stockroom and completing orders at the end of the day. Colleagues are expected to collaborate, support one another, and continually improve their work and results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities

- Deliver orders curbside to customers.

- Review goals and learn about products and promotions.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
