About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Outlet Sales Experience Specialist to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and create positive shopping experiences. The role is based in a fast-paced showroom and emphasizes customer focus, honesty, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a consultative approach to selling. It may be full-time or part-time and requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay is hourly plus commission, with uncapped commissions; expected first-year earnings typically range from $35,000 to $55,000 annually.
