About The Position

The Retail Outlet Sales Associate helps customers discover home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and creates positive, memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced showroom. The role centers on customer engagement, consultative selling, service, and teamwork. The position offers hourly pay plus commission, with uncapped commissions and typical expected first-year earnings of $45,000–$65,000 annually. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule is required; the role may be full-time or part-time.
