About The Position

Retail Operations Associates help create an exceptional shopping experience through customer engagement, high brand and execution standards, and efficient operational processes. They support merchandise handling and backroom organization, uphold merchandising and presentation standards, and assist with freight and related operational tasks. Teammates are expected to contribute across the store and help create an inclusive environment where customers and teammates feel welcome, safe, and respected.

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and repeatedly lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs., up to 25 times per hour.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 4 hours.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods, up to 2 hours continuously.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet teammates and customers, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience.
Process merchandise and products received at the store in accordance with established programs and procedures.
Keep the backroom organized and merchandise accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, returns to vendor (RTVs), claims, and related tasks.
Complete processes according to company service-level standards to fulfill the defined customer experience.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
