The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by managing shipments and inventory, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a great store experience. Successful associates collaborate with teammates, focus on customers, take initiative, stay organized, and learn the technology and systems needed for the role.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and point-of-purchase price signs.
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
