About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by shipping and receiving stock and shipments, administering daily tasks, and merchandising products to help create a great customer experience.

Successful associates collaborate and build positive working relationships, provide approachable and knowledgeable customer service, take initiative, manage priorities and details in a fast-paced environment, protect people and assets by following protocols, and learn the technology and retail systems needed for the role.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Handle tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place point-of-purchase signage and price signs.
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
