About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and inventory, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are stocked and merchandised to provide a positive customer experience.

Successful associates collaborate and build effective working relationships, focus on customer service, take initiative, stay organized and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment, protect people and assets by following protocols, and learn the technology and retail systems needed for the role.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
