About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you will help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You will execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You will provide a welcoming presence, greet customers, and offer assistance. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a hospitable, positive environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and floor layouts according to company directives, assisting customers, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and prices, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You will share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, thank them, and work with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Colleagues are expected to support one another, take pride in their work, strive to improve, and contribute to individual and store results. Schedules depend on business needs and colleague availability. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
