About The Position

Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and create a welcoming, memorable shopping experience for customers during the busy holiday season. The associate learns Squishable products and uses that knowledge to provide a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 at Alderwood Mall. Team members need flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
