About The Position

As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You are a visible, welcoming presence who greets customers and offers assistance. You work with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a positive, hospitable environment. The role includes supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives. You welcome customers, listen to their needs, offer thoughtful assistance, and help build customer relationships. You keep the sales floor and fitting rooms recovered, update signs and pricing, replenish merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits, thank customers, and collaborate with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Colleagues strive to improve, take pride in their work, meet sales goals, and learn from one another. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
