The Retail Merchandising Support Associate, also known as a Merchandising or Front of House Colleague, helps create a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. The role supports merchandise movement and placement, visual presentation, accurate pricing and promotional signage, and well-organized, shoppable sales floors and fitting rooms. The associate also provides welcoming customer service, assists customers with product and loyalty information, and works collaboratively across departments to support sales goals and a positive store environment. Colleagues may update mannequins, reset floor layouts, replenish merchandise, recover sales floors and fitting rooms, and support merchandise moves in line with company directives. They engage customers with friendly, attentive service, listen to customer needs, and help customers find appropriate products. They may use point-of-sale technology and digital tools, process register transactions, share loyalty benefits, and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts. At the end of the day, they help reorganize and restock the department and prepare the space for the next business day. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability. All schedules include weekend shifts; availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
