Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers and create an unforgettable customer experience.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with excellent service.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge across fashion and activewear to assist customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and carry out cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Help implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the required visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
