Seasonal Retail Merchandising Support Associate, Montgomery Mall
About The Position
As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you help deliver a seamless and inspiring in-store experience. You execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You also provide a visible, welcoming presence, greeting customers and offering assistance. You collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales and contribute to a hospitable, positive environment. Daily work includes preparing and organizing the sales floor, updating mannequins and layouts according to company directives, assisting customers, recovering fitting rooms and the sales floor, replenishing merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work with the team to restock and prepare the department for the next day. Colleagues are expected to take pride in their work, pursue improvement, and contribute to sales and store results. Schedules include weekend shifts, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality.
