About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and order fulfillment while helping provide outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support.

Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, frequent hand use for grasping and fine manipulation, and handling, lifting, and carrying merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
