About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing top-tier brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also act as the brand's representative, gathering insights to improve the shopping experience. This is a flexible, part-time role where you can set your own schedule and work independently. You will use a platform called MVP to manage projects, schedule visits, and submit reports. Key activities include interacting with store managers and staff, following planograms to create attractive displays, taking before-and-after photos, and providing feedback on merchandising effectiveness.
