About The Position
Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The primary responsibility is to organize, style, and showcase top-tier brands to enhance customer appeal. The role also involves gathering insights on the shopping experience to share with the brand. This is a flexible, solo role where you'll manage your own schedule and work independently.
Requirements
- Retail or merchandising experience.
- An eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- A smartphone or tablet for reports & photos.
- Reliable transportation to get to stores.
- High-speed internet access.

Responsibilities
- Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
- Communicate with store managers and staff.
- Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
- Take before-and-after photos to document merchandising efforts.
- Identify successful and unsuccessful merchandising strategies and report findings.
