About The Position
Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing top-tier brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also act as the brand's representative, gathering insights to improve the shopping experience. This is a flexible, independent role where you'll manage your own schedule and work solo, making products look great and reporting on project status.
Requirements
- Retail or merchandising experience.

- Reliable transportation to get to stores.

Responsibilities
- Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
- Communicate with store managers and staff.
- Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
- Take before-and-after pictures to document merchandising efforts.
- Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement, and report these findings.
