About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing top-tier brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also gather insights on the shopping experience to share with the company. This is a flexible, independent role with store visits typically occurring on weekdays, and communication with the team managed remotely.

Requirements

Retail or merchandising experience.

Reliable transportation to get to stores.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
Communicate with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
Take before-and-after pictures of merchandising efforts.
Identify successful and unsuccessful merchandising strategies and report findings.
