About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to work in sporting goods stores. The primary role is to organize, style, and showcase brands to enhance customer appeal. The merchandiser will also act as the brand's representative, gathering insights to improve the shopping experience. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently.

Requirements

Retail or merchandising experience.
An eye for detail.
Strong communication skills.
A smartphone or tablet for reports and photos.
Reliable transportation to get to stores.
High-speed internet access.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to check projects, schedule visits, and submit reports.
Communicate with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms to create appealing product displays.
Take before-and-after photos of merchandising efforts.
Identify and report on what is working and what is not in the retail environment.
