About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is hiring a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Goldsboro, North Carolina area. The role involves organizing, styling, and presenting sporting goods and other products to improve their visibility and customer appeal, while sharing store and brand insights with the company. The position offers a flexible schedule, independent work, and remote communication with the team. Store visits typically take place on weekdays.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
Build relationships with store managers and staff.
Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
Identify what is and is not working in stores and communicate observations.
Complete professionally written online reports about store visits and merchandising.
Manage time and territory independently while communicating remotely with the team.
