About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Fayetteville/Lumberton, North Carolina area. The role involves organizing, styling, and showcasing brands in stores and sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience. The position offers a flexible schedule, independent work, and remote communication with the team. Store visits are typically on weekdays. The merchandiser uses the MVP platform to review projects, schedule visits, and submit reports; works with store managers and staff; follows planograms; photographs displays before and after visits; and reports observations about display and product performance. The candidate needs retail or merchandising experience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, a smartphone or tablet, reliable transportation, and high-speed internet.
