About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is hiring a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support sporting goods stores in the Lexington, Kentucky area. The role involves organizing and presenting brands in stores, improving product displays, and sharing observations that can help enhance the shopping experience. The position offers flexible scheduling, independent work, and remote communication with the company. Store visits are typically on weekdays. The merchandiser uses Franklin Retail Solutions’ MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports; builds relationships with store managers and staff; follows planograms; takes before-and-after photos; and reports observations about merchandising effectiveness. Candidates need relevant retail or merchandising experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, suitable internet-connected devices, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
